BabyTwo Update

Well we are rounding out the 32nd week and time is starting to tick a little faster as the due date approaches for BabyTwo. My doctor's appointments are now scheduled every two weeks and soon to follow will be the weekly appointments...all a, not so gentle reminder, that the day is coming quickly before I have to share this baby with the rest of the world. Mallory's has tagged along on the last few visits and loves to hear "her" baby's heartbeat. Today she asked the doctor "Is it time for you to listen to my baby's heartbeat?" The doctor smiled, looked at me and said "her baby?" Yup. She believes I am just doing all the leg work for her to enjoy her very own live baby when its time for her to be born. All is going well on the health front, except for one major (in my mind) minor in the eyes of the rest you...I have to slow down on the watermelon. It is a sad sad day. I still eat a lot (which might be a bit of an understatement) of the delicious red fruit. I go through, with help from Brent (ok a little help) about a watermelon a week. Well anyways, its pretty much all water and has very little caloric value to it. So the doctor recommended eating some foods higher in calories to gain a little more weight. My male doctor, who to the best of my knowledge has never been pregnant, has no idea what it means to cease a craving. We shall see.

A few weeks ago Brent's Aunt Pam took some pictures of us. She is just getting into the business and so we asked her to get some family shots. I also wanted a few of Mallory and I with my growing belly. She took a ton of shots; some for us and some for her own use in her portfolio. I was a little unsure of the whole "naked belly shots" as I knew they weren't something I needed hanging in my house. She did a very tasteful job and some of them turned out really amazing. I cannot believe how "pregnant" I am and even Brent said he thought they were pretty cool. So, for this months baby belly shot here are a few from the photo shoot.

Where in the world will 7 more weeks fit???
