We went to the cabin for part of the weekend. Sandy Lake is still plenty cold and we need some 80 degree weather to warm it up. Kate, Mark, Olivia and Audrey were up at the lake too and we had a blast hanging out and having a sleepover. Mallory loves them all, so she was sad to hear that they had to go home to their own house and that the cabin wasn't a permanent living situation.
Mallory and Brent did some fishing. Mallory caught more than her daddy. Her attention span for fishing is about 37 seconds, which is all she needs with a worm and a hook on Sandy. She was able to catch a few sunnys--which we promptly threw back in the lake so she could feed it some bread.
Monday we headed over to the Jovles for the 5th Annual Memorial Day BBQ! A little boche ball, good company and WAY too much good food...
