I told you so...

Or really, I told myself so.

I told myself that capturing the smile of my two kids and having them both look at the camera while taking their picture, was going to be near impossible.

I knew the time would come that, when Mikayla started to smile, capturing that perfect picture of both kids cooperating would be like completing a triathlon.

I realize that Mikayla is not even 4 months old and half the time (who am I kidding 75% of the time) she doesn't smile on cue.

So instead of getting really really frustrated over the matter; I have decided that I not only will be eternally grateful for digital cameras, I would also share my attempts with all of you. We can now all laugh together as you see how truly difficult it is...

And for the next, oh say, 3 years, my Christmas cards will take a bit more patience and even more creativity to capture the joy of having two happy, but wiggly daughters...
