Ironically we opened the sand and water table on the same day last year as we did this year. I went out to take the token first few photos of the kids playing. I was struck with deja vu when I took the following photo.

Instantly I remembered one year ago…same big blue eyes, same red boat, same little girl (only a bit bigger).

The rest of the afternoon was spent making numerous mud pies, tall sand castles, splish-splashy boat races and sloppy messes.
