We are loving this season!

Fall has to be top on my list as far as seasons go. Obviously, there are only 4 so the list isn't very long. Anyway, I enjoy the colors of the leaves, the anticipation of the soon to fall snow, which also brings lots of fun holidays. Saturday we had Craig, Molly, Caleb and Ava over to pick and paint pumpkins and then to have some lunch and let the kids play. The weather was perfect and the kids had fun making the pumpkins their own with paint.

Saturday afternoon Brent, Mallory and I headed to a park to enjoy the rest of the nice day. The colors were amazing at this park and they had swings so Mallory was in heaven.

We made it home just as the rain started to fall which Mallory thoroughly enjoyed running through when she got out of the van. It is memories like this I hope she takes with her in her mind forever.

Sunday came and I slipped away to hang out with Kristen for the afternoon. We decided to check out this little boutique called Jillians. It is only open the 2nd weekend of every month and has great deals on purses, handbags, wallets, and some jewelry. Who loves purses and jewelry? Kate--so we called her and she met us up there. It was a shopping trip on a whim that proved to be successful for all of us! Yea for great deals and cute new accessories!!
