Congrats Graduate!!

We had a good weekend--busy, but relaxing all in the same few days. Brent graduated Friday and is officially ready to become an Air Traffic Controller (ATC from now on). The graduation took place at Flying Cloud Airport on Friday morning and consisted of a tour of the training center, a quick surprise tour of the airplane hanger, and then a short, but nice ceremony.

I can't believe he is done with school. This journey is quickly coming to an end--to only start a new beginning of an amazing career that truly excites Brent. I found this quote that sums it up pretty well... "A goal is a dream with a deadline" This is has been so true for Brent. He knew going into this career that he would have to work harder than anyone around him did. He had to earn good grades, get good test scores, have a great attitude, muster up a whole bunch of determination and wish for a small amount of luck for the stars to align and have it come out with a happy ending. He did it. As simple as that.
