Really how can I follow the post about our February thaw when I sit here typing the night before a winter storm is about to pummel us. It is going to take a hold of us and shake the thaw clear to the other side of the country.
To wish away the snow I thought I would share two pictures;
1. Lucy, because snow or no snow this is one.cute.mutt.
2. The red roses that are sitting in a vase on our kitchen counter are still beautiful from Monday. When the snow begins to creep up the patio door, a swift smell of a red rose may take me away to a warmer place for just a few minutes.
